You have been asked to see the next patient who has been experiencing increasing shortness of breath for the last year. The patient had lung function tests performed one week previously.
Please take a look at the patient's pulmonary function tests (station material - media 1)
Please take a focused history, offer the patient your differential diagnoses, investigations and devise a management plan.
Station time: 10 minutes (7 minutes history + 3 minutes diagnosis and management)
